The Project “Championing Children’s Rights in Rehabilitation through Government- Civil- Society Children Engagement” Phase 2 (CHARGE 2) will be implemented in the Municipalities of Dulag and Mayorga both in the Province of Leyte. In order to sustain what has been started by the CSOs Network and Children’s Federation for the children’s participation in the respective local government it is but pragmatic that the same Municipalities will be covered by Project CHARGE Phase 2.
